Gianna’s kitchen is a journey through the authentic flavours of Umbria and Tuscany—where rolling hills, olive groves, and age-old traditions come alive on the plate.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, offering a rich and varied menu of traditional dishes that preserve the honest, rustic simplicity of Tuscan and Umbrian cuisine—crafted with care, local ingredients, and deep respect for heritage.
The dishes are accompanied by a selection of excellent local and other wines. Pizza is available every evening, including for take-away.
Depending on the season, you can purchase local specialties such as sheep’s milk pecorino cheese, extra virgin olive oil, homemade jams, and cured meats—including pork and wild boar salami—as well as savour the region’s renowned truffles and porcini mushrooms.
We offer an indoor dining room with 40 seats and a charming outdoor terrace with an additional 30 seats.

COOKING CLASS
For those who wish to taste and get to know our land, we offer cooking classes featuring typical Umbrian and Tuscan flavors. The classes take place in the afternoon between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and last from one up to a maximum of three hours. Everything prepared during the class will be tasted by the guests during dinner.
Reservation is required at least one day in advance.
