L’Essiccatoio offers several independent accommodations created from a farmhouse dating back to 1750, formerly used as a tobacco drying facility and as a stone mill for olive oil production. The apartments are an excellent example of harmony between ancient and modern styles, featuring completely renovated interiors, spaces for gathering with friends, and areas for relaxing after active days spent outdoors.

We welcome our guests with spacious, well-kept outdoor areas designed for relaxation, where they can enjoy the quiet of the countryside among tables, chairs, loungers, and umbrellas. The jewel of our outdoor space is the swimming pool, available exclusively to our guests: an oasis of freshness, perfect for recharging, sunbathing, or spending pleasant moments in complete peace, surrounded by the greenery of the Umbrian hills. A barbecue is also available, ideal for convivial grills and evenings with friends, enveloped by the scents and sounds of the Umbrian countryside. The average summer temperature of 26°–28°C is further refreshed by the 314 meters above sea level of the Lisciano Niccone hills.
